Our Mission is to help our customers improve their business by providing them with technology solutions that bolster and propel their business ahead of their competiton.
Why we went into business
We started this business in 1998 in order to bring the benefits of computer technology, typically reserved for larger business, to smaller business. We noticed that smaller business have the same needs as larger business, but need to scale accordingly, and need outside knowledge to implement and manage the solution. Lead-In brings these solutions, scale, and knowledge to your business.

Principal
John Waskewics
President
John attended DeVry institute and obtained a BSEE degree. After graduating, John was hired by Kronos, a time and attendance company, where he managed and implemented the Ralphs grocery store electroinic timeclock rollout. After gaining more experience through employment at Epson America and Symantec, he was hired by Warner Bros. Records as part of the MIS staff. After this, John held IT Manager/Director roles at Interscope Records and Miod and Company, a CPA firm. While at Miod, John received an offer from an independent IT consultant to purchase his client base. Along with a business partner, John formed Optimum Solutions. Two years later, John bought out his partner and formed Lead-In Technologies, Inc.
John oversees strategic business partnerships and technology solution development at Lead-In.
